Coconut Pecan Delight!!!

The baking frenzy is still on!!! I woke up one day with a clear vision of ground-breaking coconut and pecan cake, alas the all-knowing Google revealed I wasn’t by far the first one to come up with this idea. However once the idea was planted and the salivas dribbling there was no way back. My baking queen Gill came over and together we measured, we cracked, we whipped, we sifted, we sprinkled, we grated and the result sure is to die for!!!
