So this year we only got around celebrating Halloween a day after and in a true decadent fashion via pumpkin feast indulgance. Only a day after Halloween and all I could get on Crystal Palace was one sad HALF of a pumpkin, but we carved it, mixed the flash with a parsnip and carrots, coconut milk and spices for amazing soup, and use the other bit with cooked apple and soya yoghurt for a puree in a layered paleo dessert, ground walnuts and coconut for a base and avocado with honey and cocoa for a chocolate musée.
And of course, there was some vodka. To make it more festive I blended some mulled wine spices in it, cloves and cinnamon, one mashed up pear for a fibre bonus and an apple juice.
There was loads of blending and mixing involved, some little kitchen accidents, sofa indulgance, penis talk, scented candles and a Hocus Pocus of course.
