Friday afternoon. Two night shifts knocked down, an hour of yoga and all the props for physical and mental awakening lined up, Izzie looks dubious but I'm having hopes for at least the kenyan coffee to work.

Later on, me, Emma and her friend Simon managed to whisk up a dinner whilst chatting away all stacked up in a tiny kitchen and chasing little Alfie around to wipe his snotty nose.

This year's first official dinner in the garden. Tom Hollywood's Moroccan Lamb Pie with baked sweet potatoes and butternut squash, and natas for dessert.

I'd like to think I deserved some naughty points today, especially after packing some twenty minutes of the most hated cardio in after my yoga class /my recipe is change the type of cardio activity each five minutes to at least keep it colourful/, but these days my paleo beliefs go down the drain. Heck, it's spring. I deserve some love.

Or at least some carbs.
